Each year, it is our goal to meet the needs of all families who require assistance to attend Pope St. John XXIII STEM Academy and to ensure fairness in the process. Each year we ask families in need of tuition assistance to apply through FACTS. There is an application fee of $35 per family. The allocation team then reviews applications and makes awards based on need. This is an annual process as we know financial circumstances can often change.
We have two funding sources for our assistance.
1. Fulcrum Foundation
The Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant program is designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. A family must apply each year through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to qualify for a grant. All awards are made based on financial need.

2. Pope St. John XXIII STEM Academy Tuition Assistance
To apply for tuition assistance, you are required to complete the FACTS Grant and Aid application. Each family situation will be reviewed and awards will be made based on need.
Application Due Date: We accept applications for tuition assistance throughout the year
Only ONE FACTS application is required per family and this is the required step for BOTH Fulcrum and PSJSTEM Tuition Assistance. Even if the due date has passed for the Fulcrum Grant, PSJSTEM requires a financial aid application to be filled out through FACTS for new families to be eligible for any financial aid.
